Outside Unit:
- Wash air conditioner with liquid cleaning solution
- Check condenser fan motor
- Check contactor - replace if necessary
- Check condenser coil for visual leaks and efficiency
- Check and lubricate all necessary components
- Check fuses and disconnect box
- Check refrigerant level to help determine if there is a leak
- Check both suction and discharge pressures
- Check safety controls
- Check electrical connections and wiring
- Check copper tubing for kinks or improper insulation
- Check voltage and amperage draw on components
Inside Unit:
- Check blower motor in furnace
- Check air filter
- Check condensate drain for restrictions and leaks
- Check thermostat for proper adjustment

- Check all motors and lubricate as necessary
- Check the pilot and clean it
- Check the thermocouple and replace as necessary
- Check the flame sensor and ignitor
- Check electrical connections
- Check for natural gas leaks in the unit

- Check the blower motor for proper speed and rotation
- Check the filter and replace as necessary
